Meet the Woman Behind Signature of the Soul
A journey of healing, rhythm, and remembrance.

Penny is an incredible woman who has navigated many seasons of life, not just on her own, but with her ten kids and 37 grandkids. Years of caring for her own health and watching her daughters move through their own sacred thresholds — first cycles, births, griefs, and awakenings — revealed something deeper:

A woman’s body speaks the language of the elements.

Penny is an Ayurvedic practitioner and guide devoted to helping women reconnect with their natural rhythms through simple, meaningful rituals. Her work brings Ayurveda into everyday life, not as a system to follow, but as a way to understand the body, navigate change, and respond with awareness.

Penny’s teaching style is interactive, experiential, and rooted in real life. She believes that insight comes not from being told what to do, but from learning how to listen.

Through her offerings, from small ritual collections to workshops and retreats, she creates spaces where women can pause, reset, and return to themselves in a way that feels natural and sustainable. Her work is especially centered around life transitions, the moments when something is shifting, ending, or beginning, helping women move through those spaces with more clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.

A Lifelong Journey with Ayurveda and the Feminine

There was a time when life felt full in all the ways it’s supposed to be.

A home. A family. Children growing, needing, becoming.

So much love. So much responsibility. So many moving pieces. And like so many women, I held it all. But in the middle of all of it. in the transitions, in the changes, in the moments that didn’t quite make sense there were times I felt disconnected from myself. Not lost completely, but just far enough away to notice.

When my daughters were young and something felt hard for them, I would always say the same thing:

“Remember who you are.”

I didn’t realize then that I was speaking to myself, too. Because life will shape moments.
It will bring joy and loss, beauty and heartbreak, adventures and misadventures. But those moments are not who we are. It has taken me a lifetime to understand this, that everything I have lived, every experience, every transition, does not take me away from myself, it lives within me. I am not something to be rebuilt. I am something to be remembered.

Through Ayurveda, I found a language for remembering. A way to understand rhythm, change, and the natural cycles that move through all of us. Not as something to control, but something to come back into relationship with. I am trained through a sister who lived Ayurvedically and The Shakti School.

No matter where a woman is in her life, whether she is beginning, becoming, unraveling, or starting again, she can always return to herself. Not because someone tells her to. Not because she has to. But because she can trust that she is still there. Whole. Worthy. Unchanged at her core. Worthy of love. Of care. Of pleasure. Of a life that feels like her own. This work is an extension of that knowing. A quiet reminder, offered gently:

You are the keeper of your life.
You are the keeper of your soul.

And you can always come back.

The Birth of Signature of the Soul

From this deep place of knowing, Signature of the Soul was born —
a brand, yes, but more truly a movement:
to help women understand and care for themselves in a way that honors their nature, their bodies, and their spirit.

Through her curated ritual boxes, Ayurvedic education, and retreats, she offers what she’s lived — not theory, but practice.
Each creation is infused with the same intention that carried her through her own healing and motherhood:
to make wellness sacred, simple, and real.

She often says, “I didn’t choose this work — it chose me.”

What began as a personal search for balance became a way of life, and now, a way of service.

Today, she guides women through the wisdom of Ayurveda and the grace of their own rhythm — helping them reconnect to the breath, the body, and the divine feminine within.
